On navigating through life:
“It doesn’t matter if you do not know what you want in life or what steps you should follow provided you have a very clear idea on what you do not want.”
On living in the moment:
“The truth is I do not waste time making absurd assumptions about this and that, or about what my life will be like ten years from now, as I prefer to enjoy what I am experiencing [in the moment].”
Andrew Garfield on playing Spider-Man:
“I’m a bit skinny, but I guess that gives credibility to the character. Spider-Man is a different hero, an orphan who has suffered greatly.”
Bringing their exciting new superhero flick across the pond, Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone were in the house for the UK premiere of “The Amazing Spider-Man” today (June 18).
The “Social Network” hunk and his “Help” costar/real-life girlfriend both looked amazing as they arrived at The Odeon Leicester Square in London, England.
Andrew opted for a dark suit and tie combo while Emma wowed the crowd with a sparkly black dress complete with a plunging v-neckline.
In a recent interview, Miss Stone noted that while she’s experienced quite the career boost over the past year, she still has other aspirations on her to-do list.
Describing a visit to a biology lab during the filming process, Emma shared, “It was the first time I had ever been angry about not going to college because I was fascinated by what they were showing us at the laboratory. I thought, ‘What do I need to do to intern?’ You need to be a college graduate. It sucks because I can learn, I swear I got so interested in biology, learning about medicine and regeneration and stem cells. It expanded my mind in so many ways, so now I’m gonna go take a biology class. What’s amazing is you can do it at home.”

The super-hero flick will arrive in theaters on July 3rd and also stars Rhys Ifans, Denis Leary, Campbell Scott, Irrfan Khan, Martin Sheen and Sally Field.
In other news, the newest trailer was released last week and gave more footage from the Marc Webb directed film about Peter Parker (Garfield) and Gwen Stacy (Stone), as well as a better look into the Lizard character (Ifans).

Spending the afternoon together, Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield were spotted out on a casual stroll down the streets of New York City on Monday (April 9).
The “Easy A” actress tried to keep a low profile as she walked closely next to her boyfriend with the two young lovers both in mid-length pea coats to keep them warm on the crisp spring day.
Meanwhile, “The Amazing Spider-Man” co-stars recently discussed their new flick which set to release in 3D on July 3, with a few highlights from the interview with Perez Hilton found below:
Garfield on playing Spider-Man:
“It’s heavy stuff. At the bottom of everything I’m a fan, so I’m able to understand that perspective. No matter who was cast, whether it was me or anyone else, I would have been pissed off, as a fan, because no one is ever going to match up to what Spider-Man is in my head, and what he is in my heart.”
On his first time wearing the costume:
“[I felt] very self-conscious, because you’re practically naked. You’re just all out there! And that’s a really dangerous, brave, scary place to be. But after that first flush you feel the power of it, the power of not being seen, the power of the mask. Peter [Parker] becomes witty when he’s got that protective layer.”
Stone on the first time she saw Garfield in costume:
“I touched him! I was inappropriate! I literally felt him. Because being in the room with Spider-Man is insane for anybody, especially with that beautiful costume. It was palpable on set that everyone was in the room with the actual Spider-Man. It felt like a mirage.”
