After satisfying their lunch craving, Ashley Tisdale and new boyfriend Martin Johnson were spotted leaving Umami Burger in Studio City Tuesday afternoon (February 21).

The pair looked comfy and casual after their burger date, with the Disney channel starlet looked boho chic in a floppy brown sun hat, aviators and red tipped hair while Johnson sported a grey and white sweater, slim black jeans and boots.

After their afternoon lunch date, Tisdale’s sister took to her Twitter page to express her excitement about her sister’s upcoming career venture tweeting, “Congrats sis!!! @ashleytisdale To Star In CBS Comedy Pilot, deadline.com/2012/02/ashley.”

The “High School Musical” veteran has been cast as a lead in CBS’ untitled Louis CK/Spike Feresten comedy pilot. The show is based on a group of young people trying to achieve their creative dreams in the harsh economical times. The 26 year-old actress will play Petra, a beautiful and witty assistant to a vintage clothing designer struggling to carve out her place in New York.
