She’s no stranger to modeling gigs, and Scarlett Johansson’s latest ad campaign for Dolce & Gabbana is nothing short of breathtaking.
The “In Good Company” actress works her magic for the camera in the new image to promote the brand’s new foundation Perfectly Luminous.
And while some ads feature a fully-made-up model, Scarlett’s appearance in the shot is much more natural and as a result, far more intimate.
Johansson’s much beloved pouty lips give way to her stunning eyes and beautiful skin as a bed sheet cascades down her back. If that doesn’t sell makeup, we don’t know what will!
The camera absolutely loves her, and Taylor Swift was busy on the beach in Malibu, California with a photo shoot yesterday (July 24).
The “Sparks Fly” songstress was in good spirits, sporting a black bandana, white crochet blouse, and red trousers as she worked her posing magic.
And though most American households would welcome a visit from Taylor, Ted Kennedy’s widow Vicki has banned her sons Ted Jr. and Patrick from inviting Swift to stay at the family’s Camelot-by-the-Sea compound in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
An insider told press, “Vicki Kennedy is right to resist demands by the family to use the house. Ted Kennedy put in his will that he wanted his historic, rambling home to become a place of learning for the public, especially young people. I’m pretty sure he didn’t mean Taylor Swift.”
She’s no stranger to high fashion modeling, and Chloe Sevigny scored a gig with Miu Miu for their Fall 2012 ad campaign.
The “Big Love” actress will appear in fashion publications beginning in August, showing off the Italian fashion house’s latest wares.
And this isn’t the first time Chloe has worked her magic for the Miu Miu cameras- she appeared in the brand’s Spring 1996 campaign as well, posing for photographer Juergen Teller.
This time around, Ms. Sevigny worked with Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, showing off the new Fall 2012 lineup.
She’s well on her way to yet another career comeback, and Lindsay Lohan is having a blast playing the role of Elizabeth Taylor.
And in a newly-released official photograph, it seems the “Georgia Rule” actress has done a great job of morphing into the iconic actress.
According to the “Liz and Dick” costume designer, Salvador Perez, “You’d swear it was Elizabeth… there was an audible gasp.”
Perez also noted, “Part of the magic is the wardrobe. And Lindsay said she wants to bring magic to the movie.”
Keeping her massive momentum moving forward, Kate Upton is featured on the front of Muse magazine’s latest issue.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover girl looks positively perfect in her birthday suit as she works her magic for the Italian ‘fashionart’ circular.
Amazingly enough, Kate seems to be channeling a retro vibe, though she’s not wearing anything or posing in a vintage-style set.
Instead, Ms. Upton relies on her bouffant coif and sultry glance to reference the beauty queens of a bygone era.
And while most of her press has been positive as of late, Kate was slammed at the hands of Victoria’s Secret creative director Sophia Neophitou, who said she’d never hire Upton for a runway gig.
“Her beauty is too obvious, like a footballer’s wife, with the too-blond hair and that kind of face that anyone with enough money can go out and buy.”
Bringing her beauty to the forefront, Gwyneth Paltrow covers the March 2012 issue of Harper’s Bazaar.
The black-outfit clad Oscar-winning actress worked her magic for the Terry Richardson shot spread while speaking with the magazine about topics including good pal Beyonce and living in the UK.
Highlights from Miss Paltrow’s interview are as follows. For more, be sure to visit Harper’s Bazaar!
“Beyonce is the most talented human being on the planet. She has so much mastery over what she does. It’s not even confidence – it’s on a whole other level. It’s mind-blowing. I watched her (perform) a lot to see how she did it, and I was like ‘Shit! I can’t do that!’”
On living in the UK:
“In England, people are cool. They’re really laid back and calm. Beyonce did the school run with me once, and everyone was fine. They also have really good anti-paparazzi rules. If you’re driving in a car and they make you feel freaked out, that’s against the law. They can’t put you in a magazine unless they pixelate the kids’ faces. I miss America, but I love living in the UK.”
