Enjoying the springtime weather, Dakota Fanning was spotted walking around the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City yesterday (April 19).
The “Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1” babe looked lovely in a Miu Miu getup as she exited a festival event and found a few shutterbugs swarming nearby.
And it sounds like Ms. Fanning is more that a mere spectator at the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival- she’ll be sitting on the jury for the World Competition Category.
Of course, Dakota will have some celebrity company on the panel, including Kellan Lutz, Rosario Dawson, and Olivia Wilde.
Enjoy the mild springtime weather in the Big Apple, Emma Stone was spotted out for a day-beginning stroll through the streets of New York City on Wednesday (March 28).
The 23-year-old actress bundled up in a long, navy coat with a big scarf wrapped around her neck while drowning out the surrounding clamor with the help of headphones tucked inside her ears.
The sighting comes as a new interview tells that Emma was at first averse to taking on the role of Gwen Stacy in the upcoming movie “The Amazing Spider-Man”.
Miss Stone dished, “I heard about Spider-Man and I didn’t think it was something I would want to be a part of. I just thought that probably isn’t right for me. Then I [auditioned with Andrew Garfield] and realized that this was a really interesting, fantastic relationship between two people and that I was being really closed-minded.”
As for changing her mind, Emma told, “[I] started learning more about Gwen Stacy and her history and just fell in love with the character and with the fans, too. I started reading forums and getting involved more in the comic book universe and it just became something I really wanted to be a part of, just because of all those elements.”
