They’re one of the highest-profile couples in Tinseltown, and now Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have some legal woes on their hands.
The “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” babe and her “Beverly Hills: 90210” hunk hubby have been accused of assaulting a photographer in Hualalai, Hawaii.
According to a report, Delbert Shaw has filed a lawsuit alleging that Fox and Green became angry when he took pictures of them on the beach in December.
Green supposedly began beating Shaw up while Megan cheered him on. Delbert claims serious injuries and says that Brian threw his iPhone into the ocean.
Kicking off the month with a tough day at work, Selena Gomez, Vanessa Hudgens, and Ashley Benson were spotted in St. Petersburg, Florida today (March 1).
The trio of Tinseltown darlings are in town to work on their forthcoming film “Spring Breakers,” which is due out sometime in 2013.
Of the ladies’ rapport so far, executive producer Wicks Walker told press, “A lot of interesting things are going to happen with Spring Breakers. We are thrilled with the cast. There should be a natural chemistry with the girls…it’s great that Selena, Vanessa and Ashley are all friends. This film is just magic.”
He added, “Spring Breakers is a complex, edgy, but fun movie. Incredible people are making the film, Chris Hanley who made American Psycho and of course Harmony, and the rest of the production is an ace team too.”

Taking care of a media appearance, Ashley Greene was spotted at “Live with Kelly” in New York City this morning (February 3).
The “Twilight Saga: New Moon” babe looked gorgeous in a long grey winter coat as she greeted fans and headed inside the Lincoln Square studios.
During a recent interview, Ashley confessed that when she first arrived in Tinseltown to become a star, she had to forgo the party scene in favor of her career.
“I was like ‘Oh, I can go out and do this and do that,’ and it took me about five seconds to realize ‘If you do that, you’re not going to book jobs, and there are 10,000 girls who want your job.’ It’s all glitz and glamour in Hollywood, and you want to be part of it. And the deadly thing is that you meet people who do have the money and do have fame and are in a position to not spend every waking moment working toward getting a job, and it’s easy to feel like you can do it too, when really you haven’t earned it. You can either socialize or you can study your script, and luckily I learned that pretty quick!”
She’s certainly a stunning sight, and Ashley Greene was looking fabulous while out and about in North Hollywood, CA on Thursday afternoon (February 2).
The “Twilight” hottie donned a candy apple red top with skintight grey pants and towering heels as she headed inside a local waxing salon to keep up on her lovely looks.
The day’s beautification comes as Miss Greene was recently revealed as the March 2012 Lucky cover girl, with the featured interview finding the 24-year-old talk about how she was able to resist the Tinseltown party scene so that she could focus on launching her now ultra-successful career.
Ashley explained, “I was like ‘Oh, I can go out and do this and do that,’ and it took me about five seconds to realize ‘If you do that, you’re not going to book jobs, and there are 10,000 girls who want your job’.

And the deadly thing is that you meet people who do have the money and do have fame and are in a position to not spend every waking moment working toward getting a job, and it’s easy to feel like you can do it too, when really you haven’t earned it,” Greene added. “You can either socialize or you can study your script, and luckily I learned that pretty quick!”
